Recommended Busan jjimjilbang: Spa Land Centum City

Spa Land is often called a five-star Busan jjimjilbang, with luxurious and complete facilities. Not only is the equipment top-notch, but the overall aesthetic is elevated to an international boutique level. It opens at 9:00 AM, making it perfect for those taking red-eye flights to relax as soon as they land.
How to get to Spa Land Centum City
The location of Spa Land is incredibly convenient, situated on the first floor of the Shinsegae Department Store Centum City. Take Busan Metro Line 2 and get off at Centum City Station; it’s about a 5-minute walk from the station. Once inside the department store, simply follow the signs for Spa Land.
Spa Land Centum City Tickets
The official ticket prices for Spa Land are as follows: Adults are KRW 25,000 (approx. $18 USD / TWD 560 (approx. $17.50 USD)), and students are KRW 20,000 (approx. $14.50 USD / TWD 450 (approx. $14 USD)). However, prices are adjusted annually, so it is recommended to check the official website before departure. If you purchase tickets in advance through online platforms like KKday or Klook, you can usually find better prices.
However, the most recommended method is to directly purchase the Visit Busan Pass. Besides enjoying major attractions in Busan, pass holders get 4 hours of free entry to Spa Land.
💡 This Busan jjimjilbang only accepts elementary school students and above, so it is not suitable if you are traveling with toddlers! (For those with young children, please refer to the next recommendation.)

Spa Land Centum City Facilities
Upon entry, Spa Land uses a wristband payment system. All on-site consumption is recorded on the wristband and settled when you leave, making it very convenient as you don’t need to carry a wallet.
Compared to many other Busan jjimjilbang options, the facilities here are quite luxurious, with spacious and comfortable areas and grand decor. The facilities are all-inclusive: hot spring baths, various themed sauna rooms, relaxation spaces, outdoor foot baths, massages, and snack areas. The 4 hours provided by the Visit Busan Pass is just right to experience all the highlights.
Hot Spring Area
The hot spring area offers two types of spring water and more than 10 different baths, divided into indoor and outdoor zones. This is a gender-separated naked bathing area, and you must shower before entering. In addition to pools of various temperatures, you can pay extra for a “Seshin” (Korean body scrub) experience, where an Ajumma will help scrub away deep-seated grime 😅.
Jjimjilbang Rooms

Spa Land features more than 10 themed sauna rooms, each with a unique design, decor, and lighting to create a distinctive atmosphere. Temperatures range from the low teens to over 70 degrees Celsius. Here are a few notable ones:
- Bulgama (Fire Kiln) Room: The hottest room at over 70°C. The brick kiln inside blasts heat, making it a must-visit for those who love to sweat.
- Pyramid Room: Designed like a pyramid, this spacious room allows you to lie on the floor and look up at the peak, giving a solemn and grand feeling. It’s a medium-high temperature room at about 50°C.
- SEV Room: Features colorful lights that give it a nightclub vibe. The seating area is divided into small sections for privacy, and the temperature is a pleasant 30°C.
- WaveDream Room: Crafted with blue tiles and lighting, it features ergonomic curved seats that allow you to relax in a semi-reclined position.
- BodySound Room: Styled like a bamboo forest with sounds of birds, insects, and flowing water. The white noise is incredibly relaxing, making it feel like you’re in nature—perfect for meditation.
Leisure and Entertainment Spaces

Spa Land provides more diverse rest areas than a traditional Busan jjimjilbang. There are outdoor foot baths for chatting with friends, wide cooling floors for snacks, and luxury recliners with personal TVs for the ultimate relaxation.
Dining

Like any other Busan jjimjilbang, Spa Land has a restaurant. Besides standard Korean dishes, I found the instant noodle area most unique. You can pick your favorite ramen, and they provide eggs and hot water on-site, perfectly recreating scenes from Korean dramas!
Recommended Busan jjimjilbang: Club D Oasis

Club D Oasis is another famous Busan jjimjilbang. In addition to the sauna facilities, there is a water park. Unlike Spa Land, this venue welcomes customers of all ages, making it ideal for parents with young children!
How to get to Club D Oasis
Club D Oasis is located in the Haeundae district. Take Busan Metro Line 2 to Haeundae Station, take Exit 5, and it’s about a 10-minute walk. If walking from Haeundae Beach, it only takes about 15 minutes. It’s right next to the Busan X the Sky observatory (also included in the Visit Busan Pass), so you can visit both together.
Club D Oasis Tickets
Ticket prices are listed on the official website, but since they change over time, I recommend checking the site or using the Visit Busan Pass for free entry. Note that the Visit Busan Pass only covers the jjimjilbang entry, not the water park; a separate ticket is required for the water park. If you aren’t using the pass, booking through KKday or Klook can save you money.

Club D Oasis Facilities
Water Park
The biggest features of the water park at Club D Oasis are the infinity pool and the lazy river. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the beautiful Haeundae sea view. With water slides and outdoor loungers, it’s a great choice for safe water play in Busan.
Hot Springs

Another feature of this Busan jjimjilbang is the outdoor hot springs. Unlike traditional gender-separated naked baths, this location provides mixed-gender outdoor pools, but swimsuits are required (available for purchase on-site).
Jjimjilbang Rooms

Club D Oasis has five themed rooms: Salt, Cypress, Red Clay, Elvan, and Ice. Some rooms are smaller, so you may need to wait in line during busy times.
Restaurant

The dining options here are limited, consisting of just one restaurant and one cafe. The menu isn’t as extensive as Spa Land, but since Haeundae has plenty of eateries nearby, getting a simple meal here is no problem.
Leisure and Entertainment Spaces

While there are several relaxation areas, it can get crowded and noisy since children are allowed (it was quite busy even on a weekday). However, Club D Oasis wins in terms of modern decor and novelty; for instance, the outdoor saunas are very cute, making for a satisfying experience.
That concludes my Busan jjimjilbang recommendations. Honestly, if you have enough time, both are worth a visit! But if you can only choose one: for convenience and family-friendliness, go to Club D Oasis; for pure relaxation and diverse saunas, Spa Land is the winner!
