Park Hyatt Busan is located in the Haeundae district. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy the stunning day and night views of the Gwangan Bridge directly from their room windows, along with an incredible ocean view during meals, making it a perfect stay experience. Transportation to Park Hyatt Busan

The location of park hyatt Busan is quite convenient, just a 5-6 minute walk from Dongbaek Station. There is also an airport limousine bus stop on the first floor providing direct access to Gimhae International Airport. Nearby attractions include Haeundae Beach and Movie Street, and the famous “The Bay 101” night view spot is only an 18-minute walk away.
The hotel is situated in a high-end area of Haeundae, surrounded by luxury residences, making the environment very peaceful. However, local amenities are still excellent, with convenience stores, Starbucks, and various Busan local foods within a 5-minute walk, making it ideal for those seeking a relaxing vacation.
Park Hyatt Busan Room Rates
Park Hyatt is a luxury brand under the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, but park hyatt Busan is considered a relatively affordable option within the brand, offering over 200 rooms and suites. A standard twin room costs about TWD $7,000–$9,000 (approx. USD $215–$275) per night during the off-season, and may exceed TWD $12,000 (approx. USD $370) during peak season. If your budget allows, I highly recommend booking an ocean view room; waking up to the view of Gwangan Bridge will brighten your whole day.

Checking into Park Hyatt Busan
The hotel lobby is located on the 30th floor. Upon arriving at the ground floor, staff will confirm your check-in information and assist with luggage storage. Then, take the elevator to the 30th floor for the check-in process. Once you have your room card, access to guest floors is restricted by the elevator for added security.
Park Hyatt Busan Facilities
The facilities at park hyatt Busan are incredibly extensive; you could easily spend the whole day enjoying them without leaving the hotel. In addition to various restaurants, here are some highlights:
Lumi Pool
The indoor swimming pool on the 4th floor is definitely a highlight! Above the 22-meter pool is an arched glass roof, allowing natural light to fall beautifully onto the water. Best of all, you can swim while enjoying the ocean view – a truly luxurious experience!
Lumi Fitness Center

Fitness enthusiasts shouldn’t miss the gym on the 5th floor! The equipment is very comprehensive, even including Pilates reformers (reservation required). Many machines face floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views, so you can run while gazing at the sea – it’s very therapeutic!
Lumi Spa & Sauna
The excellent spa center features seven private treatment rooms where professional therapists provide top-tier services (additional fee required). The 4th floor also has sauna facilities, including a dry steam room and hot/cold plunges, where you can perfectly relax your body and mind.
Restaurants and Bars

If you have Hyatt Globalist status, besides free breakfast, there is also a Happy Hour in the afternoon. I found the Happy Hour at park hyatt Busan to be very impressive, with a wide selection of drinks and food. Combined with the relaxing Haeundae ocean view, it’s a truly enjoyable experience.
Park Hyatt Busan Room Review
This time we were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite. The room was very spacious; although the decor feels a bit more classic, the cleanliness is well-maintained.
Opening the large windows in the living room reveals a beautiful ocean view, making working or eating there a joy. However, the room layout is a bit unusual with large pillars affecting the flow, though it didn’t impact the overall experience much.

The bathroom is bright and modern, featuring a bathtub for soaking. Although part of the ocean view is blocked by tall buildings, it remains a very relaxing and enjoyable spot!

Overall, I would give the park hyatt Busan experience a 9 out of 10. Everything from the service and facilities to the food was satisfying. If you are looking for a relaxing staycation in Busan, definitely consider staying here!
